Customer Journey
Our Customer Journey
Let us take you through the steps you’ll take when you go solar and/or battery backup with us!
Step 1
Gathering Electric Bills & Data
Our in-house engineers analyze the data from your provided electric bills to calculate your home’s annual energy usage. By using this data for solar calculations, our engineers can provide solar options that will reduce or completely offset your electric bill.

Step 2
Site Survey & Analysis
During your site survey, we send a licensed drone pilot to your property to determine the best design and placement (by using the azimuth angle) for solar panels and batteries for your property. Our drones use the latest solar designing software which provides the best site details by considering factors like sunlight exposure, shade, and structural suitability. This information ensures your solar panels and batteries will perform efficiently, saving you money and maximizing your renewable energy production.
Step 3
Solar System Design
By combining the electric bill data and site survey analysis, our solar engineers can design and calculate the ideal number and placement of solar panels to meet your energy needs. This customized design ensures that your solar system is optimized for your specific property, helping you generate clean energy efficiently and save on your electric bills annually.

Step 4
Permitting & Installation
The permitting process for solar panel and battery installation is the official approval needed from local municipal authorities for installing solar panels on your property. This is to ensure that solar installations are safe, structurally sound, and compliant with local regulations. We have a team of experienced project managers that take care of the permitting process for our customers. We make sure that your entire solar system and accessories are permitted and installed correctly.
Step 5
Post Installation Service & Net Metering
After your solar system is complete, we will send a field engineer to conduct a post- installation walkthrough with the customer. The field engineer will go over all the details and information related to the customers installed system. They will cover: apps, equipment, consultation for system usage, and optimization. One of the main topics covered post- installation is solar net metering and buyback to ensure you benefit from any excess produced energy which lowers your overall electric bill.
